Shipping overview

We are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines details of our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times and related terms. By purchasing on our website you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding some pre-sale products)

Change delivery information after placing order

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours. For changes or cancellations, please contact support@coco-jewelry.com or our social media. Any requests for orders placed within 24 hours will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery times are provided based on shipping method and your location. These are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions and logistics issues may affect delivery time. For Europe, UK and North America, estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 20 working days. And for Asia is 3 to 10 working days.

Shipping restrictions in certain areas

Our logistics partners cannot guarantee delivery to certain areas of your country, such as remote areas or military/government addresses. When you place your order, we will contact the logistics company to see if we can ship to your address. If we are unable to do this, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order, we will cancel the order and refund you.

Shipping confirmation and tracking number

Once your goods are dispatched. Usually, the tracking number will be updated within 2 days. Tracking numbers will be provided by the carrier and we take no responsibility for this.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, duties, taxes, and other fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are your responsibility and vary by country. Cocojewelry is not responsible for any delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Penalty for damages

Damage case is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims filed after 7 days may not be eligible for settlement.

Delivery failure due to customer reasons

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address provided by the customer, inability to be contacted at the phone number on the shipping address, rejection of the package, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges. These charges will vary based on shipping method and location. Customer must pay redelivery charges within specified days of failed delivery as required by local carrier. If the customer refuses to pay the re-delivery fee, the package will be considered abandoned. The courier may choose to discard the package, Cocojewelry will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges for items in the order.

Return policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

Please note that if there are quality problems with the goods, we have a quality guarantee of up to 7 days! Please contact us immediately for returns or exchanges! We do not accept man-made damage! You must keep photos of the damaged items and reissue or return them after we verify and confirm.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
